- Laptop computer hardware and/or software clean up 80€ + VAT
- Windows, Mac Os installation, + data backup and restore 80€ + VAT
- Virus, Trojan Horse, Worm, malware scan and removal 80€ + VAT
- Replacing broken laptop screen 50€ + VAT + price of screen *
Laptop repairs may include:
- LCD screen repair – Please note: by repair it is meant a full screen replacement
- Power connection issues – we can replace the damaged or broken DC jacks whether soldered or with cable connectors
- Port connection issues – we can remove and solder new USB ports, HDMI ports, VGA ports, audio ports, etc
- Touch pad and keyboard repair – Please note: by repair it is meant a full touchpad or keyboard replacement
- Performance/slow to boot issues
- Viruses/Trojan horses/worms/malware removal
- Hardware and software cleanup
- Email and internet connection issues
- Hard drive replacement -we clone your existing HDD onto a new, faster SSD ( SATA or NVME)
- Ram modules replacement – we increase the amount of RAM memory for better performance
- Motherboard replacement
- Optical drive replacement
- We charge a fixed hourly rate of 80€ + VAT per hour for general maintenance jobs, excluding the purchase of parts.
- We have repaired hundreds of laptops in the last few years for a broad range of customers and we have a wealth of experience in both repair and procurement of spare parts.
- We endeavour to offer as fast a turnaround as possible.
- We offer a free evaluation service where we evaluate and determine the precise cause of the problems along with all costs (including parts) within one working day of receipt of the machine.
- Once we receive the go ahead and have approval to proceed we can usually repair the machine within one working day, subject to availability of parts (most of our suppliers deliver within a 24 hour period).No work is carried out with additional charges without fully explaining and clearing it first with the customer.

- All machines are thoroughly tested and burned in to detect any other different issues before releasing them back to the customer.
* Price of screen is to be determined according to screen size, LCD or LED etc. You are welcome to provide your own replacement screen if you wish.
